ASTON Martin, Bristol
When Square One Construction asked us to build a Detailing Bay for Aston Martin in Bristol we were happy to help. They required an 8 meter wide enclosure for car prep with no legs down the middle. We developed an initial concept from the brief and created a detailed 3d model allowing the clients to visualize the the design in situ.
Our dedicated team installed the enclosure and it took only 6 weeks from design approval to completion including all groundwork.
BMW, MAIDENHEAD
MCS Group asked us to design and manufacture a Detailing Bay for BMW in Maidenhead. We designed an enclosure 20m wide by 5.5m deep with 4 bays. The enclosure is manufactured from 120mm x 120mm steel box section and powder coated. The glazing of the Detailing Bay is 25mm twin wall polycarbonate fitted into the U channel glazing frames. The rear of the Canopy is profiled metal sheeting. The roof utilizes z purlins and profile metal roofing sheets spanning the canopy and incorporating a skylight strip of clear corrugated sheeting on each bay. Each bay incorporates a Universal Beam to enable the Karcher Beam System to be fitted internally. The upright stanchions are on a 300 x 300 base plate fixed onto the concrete base.
