Thompson and Sons Jetwash Screens

J Townsend & Son, Warton

When J Townsend & Sons asked us to build a Jet Wash Enclosure for their fuel forecourt in Warton, we were happy to help. They required an 8M x 5.6M U Shaped Jet Wash Screen at 2.4M high. The glazing frames were constructed from high grade 80.0mm x 50.0mm extruded aluminium sections with a polyester powder coated finish. The upright stanchions were constructed from 100mm x 100mm powder coated box steel section. The glazing panels of the Jet Wash Screen utilised 8.5mm Toughened Safety Glass fitted into the aluminium glazing frames. Upright stanchions were base plate fixed and bolted down into the existing concrete surface.

Our dedicated team installed the enclosure and it took only 4 weeks from design approval to completion.
