Valeting Bay Enclosure Case Study

Sytner Group

We have recently installed a number of valeting bay enclosures for Sytner Group. Each project has been ordered separately by individual contractors. There have also been a number of installations carried out by the individual contractors.

We were contacted by the project management team at Sytner when they were looking into standardizing the specification for their valeting bay enclosures. They had an idea of what they wanted for their standard specification which was based on an existing enclosure we had produced for them. By standardizing the specification, Sytner were able to prevent overspending and streamline the ordering and installation process going forwards.

The specification was an enclosure 15m wide by 5.5m deep with 3 bays. The enclosure is manufactured from 120mm x 120mm powder coated steel box section. The glazing of the enclosure is 25mm twin wall polycarbonate fitted into the U channel glazing frames. The rear of the enclosure is profiled metal sheeting. The roof utilizes z purlins and profile metal sheet roofing spanning the canopy and incorporating a skylight strip of clear profiled sheeting on each bay. Each wet bay incorporates a boom beam System fitted internally. The upright stanchions are on a 300 x 300 base plate fixed onto the concrete base.
